This is the template that all users must use to make your character.

Intelligence Level: (1 being absolutely retarded, 100 being the smartest. Take note that
Wammy's house residents can go over the limit, but make it reasonable or you won't be approved.)

Status: (are you a relative of Light, Wammy's house kid, whatever! But just no, "I'm L's girlfriend" stuff like that)

Where you fit in the story line: (this is like your history that leads up to the point where Light picks up the notebook)
